Dreamforce 2021 Recap - Part I
Last week, Salesforce presented Dreamforce 2021, their annual technology conference. This year’s Dreamforce was a hybrid model, taking place both live in California and broadcast virtually across the globe.
Leveraging the new Salesforce+ streaming platform, Salesforce debuted more than 100 hours of live and on-demand content. Even Trifecta’s most dedicated Dreamforce attendees struggled to put a dent in the lineup! So, to help you navigate and find the most important, relevant content, our team has compiled two Highlights Reels for Dreamforce 2021. Watch our vlog recaps below; then, read on for more details!
Welcome to the Trusted Enterprise
Favorite moment of Kendra Hollinger, VP of Strategy at Trifecta
In Marc Benioff’s keynote address, he discussed the importance of trust – particularly in times of crisis. To earn the trust of our customers, we need to put them first. What does that look like? Building relationships with customers across a single source of truth, creating a digital headquarters, putting health and safety first, and protecting our planet. Our customers put trust in not only the Salesforce platform, but also in Trifecta. We work tirelessly to safeguard that trust, as integrity is our highest value as an organization.
We saw countless stories of customer success highlighted in this year’s Dreamforce. One of our proudest moments was seeing some of Trifecta’s clients highlighted on the Dreamforce stage and through Salesforce marketing materials. Our partnerships with AMMEX and Gemline were featured as stellar examples of innovation leveraging the B2B Commerce product.
Content for Architects
Favorite moment of Scott Geosits, Principal Enterprise Architect at Trifecta
Salesforce+ customized Dreamforce journeys for users by product, topic, industry, and role. There was truly something for everyone. For Architects, that meant more than 10 episodes specifically tailored for empowering Salesforce Architects to get certified, discover new tools, and build solutions that meet and exceed our clients’ business requirements.
Watch Salesforce+ content specifically designed for Solutions Architects. If you’re Salesforce Admin or Developer, you’re in luck! You can find Salesforce+ content customized for your role, here: Admins / Developers.
Humanizing our Work
Favorite moment of Christie Nicas, Marketing Manager at Trifecta
There were dozens of presentations featuring digital strategies across products and industries. There are so many ways digitalization is enabling us to better collaborate and serve our customers, but without a personal touch, we are missing a key element to success. Digital tools help us work smarter but unifying them across one platform using Salesforce CDP enables us to better analyze data so we can enrich customer profiles, better segment our audiences, design more effective CTAs, and personalize each interaction.
Favorite moment of Francisco Brito, Account Executive at Trifecta
For a second year in a row, Dreamforce was (mostly!) virtual, but that didn’t stop the innovation, relationship-building, and excitement for which the technology conference is known. With Salesforce leading the way, we have pivoted, whether we’re redefining the way we work via a digital headquarters like Slack, growing our expertise in the Salesforce ecosystem by leveraging Trailhead resources, or hosting virtual events to better engage with our colleagues, partners, and clients. Trifecta's team hosted two virtual events this year: a coffee tasting experience and a mixology class. They were a fun way to kick off (and wrap up) a conference that was jam-packed with quality content!
Dreamforce 2021 was a whirlwind event with tons of innovative and inspiring content. If you want to learn more about how the announcements we've shared could help you grow your business, contact the Trifecta team today!
