Trifecta Announces New Commerce Practice Lead

Trifecta Technologies, a leader in Salesforce B2B Commerce solutions, is proud to announce our latest strategic promotion with the appointment of Chris Brown as our new Commerce Practice Lead.

Commerce Expertise

Chris Brown HeadshotChris joined Trifecta in 2000 as a software engineer and was a specialist in Trifecta’s IBM WebSphere practice. During his first 14 years with Trifecta, he led many of our enterprise customers to a successful launch and helped them in cultivating continued commerce growth and digital transformation. In 2014, Chris joined Perficient, where he was responsible for developing and implementing commerce solutions for enterprise-level companies. In one of his largest projects, Chris acted as lead architect for a world-wide commerce implementation for Emerson Electric, uniting their six business units and launching in 20+ countries, eight currencies, and six languages.

In 2019, Chris returned to Trifecta as Senior Solutions Architect. Since that time, he has been the lead architect and strategist on many of our Salesforce Commerce Cloud implementations to date, including The Gem Group and Baillie Lumber. Chris has assisted in the creation of our various commerce implementation programs, such as our Rapid Start and Commerce Jumpstart. Chris has also been heavily involved in the development of Trifecta’s B2B Commerce implementation accelerators and architected countless integrations with client ERP systems, payment processing platforms, tax compliance software, and other technology.

Commerce Lead Role

Chris’ deep technical understanding of complex commerce environments and proven leadership driving our clients’ commerce success made him the ideal candidate for Commerce Practice Lead. In his new role, Chris will be responsible for leading the strategy, execution, and marketing communications for our Commerce practice.

Outside of his work responsibilities, Chris is a soccer player and loves playing, watching, and coaching his daughter in soccer. He also enjoys golf, poker, video games, and watching the NFL, NHL, and Premier League.
